CONTACT WITH US – DATA STORAGE
If you contact us using the form on our website or by e-mail, we store the data you provide for six months to process your inquiry and in case there are follow-up questions. We do not pass on your data without your consent. Data is processed based on the legal stipulations of Section 96 Par. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 Par. 1 a (Consent) and/or b (Necessary for contract fulfilment) of GDPR.

COOKIES
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files, stored on your device by your browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this to happen, you can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are set, and only accept them in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

WEB ANALYTICS
Our website uses functions provided by web analytics service Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are deployed for this to analyse how a website is used. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by configuring your browser not to store cookies. 
We have concluded a contract to this effect with the provider for processing of order data. Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymised immediately [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. That only permits a rough localisation. Data is processed in accordance with the legal requirements of Section 96 Par. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 Par. 1 a (Consent) and/or f (Legitimate interest) of GDPR.

NEWSLETTER
You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your e-mail and your consent to receiving the newsletter. To supply you with suitable information, we also collect and process voluntary information you provide on your interests, data of birth and post code. As soon as you subscribe to our newsletter, we send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the registration.
You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Simply send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@timmelsjoch.com. We then immediately delete your data we needed to send you the newsletter.
 
YOUR RIGHTS
You have fundamental rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that processing your data infringes data protection laws, or your legal data protection entitlements have been violated in another way, you can complain to the supervisory authorities.
